Only dues-paying members may be elected to Chapter officer positions and vote on official matters affecting the Chapter. Any student of the University of California at Davis who has an interest in the objectives and the activities of the local Chapter may join the Chapter as a member. If you are not a student of UC Davis, you must obtain special permission to become a member. For special permission, please contact the chapter's treasurer, Clare Aslan, at ceaslan@ucdavis.edu.

Membership to the Davis Chapter of the Society for Conservation Biology may be purchased at our meetings for $5 annually. Membership must be renewed on an annual basis, at the start of each academic year. Any individual who pays dues during the academic year will be considered a member for the remainder of that academic year but must renew their membership once a new academic year begins.

Membership to our parent organization, SCB International, can be purchased for an additional $10 annually.

Get Involved in Chapter or Departmental Activities
