This Fall, SCB members and friends were treated to local natural history hikes led by people with an incredible knowledge of the flora and fauna of these areas. Jackie Sones led the first trip out to Bodega Bay Marine Lab and Reserve. Phil Ward led the second trip to our more local UC Reserve at Stebbins Cold Canyon. Thanks to Jackie and Phil for sharing their knowledge and inspiration with us!! Stay tuned for an upcoming trip to the Sacramento Valley wildlife refuges. We are also planning a trip to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. If you have other trip ideas, contact one of the officers.
